Eway Destinations is a trading name of HOFBE GROUPS FZE, licensed in the UAE (licence 10716). We provide inbound travel services in Dubai and the UAE for travel agents and travellers.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company, phone, email, WhatsApp number.
• Trip details: travel dates, number of travellers and their ages, hotel and tour preferences.
• Booking details, only when you book: passport copies, photos and tickets needed for visas, hotels or tickets.
• Website usage: pages visited and the link or post that brought you to us (for example UTM tags), using basic analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To make and manage bookings, visas, transfers and tickets.
• To send offers by email or WhatsApp, only if you have agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time.
• To understand which of our posts and pages are useful, so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

• Hotels, attraction and tour providers, transport and visa services, only as needed to deliver your booking.
• Service providers that run our email, website and social media, under their own security terms.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

Social media and YouTube

We publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and YouTube. Our own publishing tool uses the YouTube API Services only to upload and manage videos on our own channel, and it does not collect data from viewers. By using YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies. You can withdraw our tool's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and quotations: up to 2 years.
• Booking records: as long as UAE law requires.
• Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.

Security

We keep data on secured systems, limit access to staff who need it, and never store payment card details.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing messages. Email info@ewaydestinations.com and we will reply within 30 days. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
